Fees
Our standard fees are clear and competitive, with our tenant-find-only service at 82.5% of the first month’s rent, and our fully managed service at 50% of the first month’s rent plus 12.5% of the monthly rent thereafter (all fees are exclusive of VAT).
We’re also happy to tailor our services to suit your unique needs and budget, so you’ll always get the support that fits you best. Just ask our team, and we’ll help create a custom package that’s right for you.
